Cervical traction, redesigned
The Cradle cups your jaw and collarbone in contoured memory foam, gently tractioning the cervical spine so the muscles that hold your head up all day can let go — ten minutes, twice a day.
Sound familiar?
Every degree you look down multiplies the load on your cervical spine, and your muscles quietly pick up the difference. That's why "just relax your shoulders" doesn't work — and why the ache keeps coming back by mid-afternoon.
Tight through the back of the neck by mid-morning, no matter how you sit.
A dull ache that starts at the neck and climbs into your temples.
Catching yourself hunched toward the screen, shoulders near your ears.
Waking up with a kink because nothing held your neck's natural curve.
That's why five minutes in the Cradle — chin and collarbone fully supported — can undo an afternoon of looking down.
Fitting the Cradle
The upper cradle sits under the chin and jawline, taking the head's weight off the upper vertebrae the moment you lean back.
The lower wings rest along the collarbone, anchoring the frame so it can't shift as your neck relaxes into the stretch.
A ratcheting strap at the back sets the traction depth in small increments, from a light rest to a fuller stretch.
Fit & sizing
The ratcheting strap covers neck circumferences from 30–46 cm. The shell is a semi-rigid ABS core wrapped in a two-density foam — firmer along the frame, plush where it meets skin.
What it's made of
Slow-rebound foam contours to jaw and collarbone on first wear and softens with body heat.
A semi-rigid ABS frame holds its shape under load so the traction stays consistent stretch after stretch.
A quiet ratchet dial plus a hook-and-loop back strap for fine and coarse adjustment together.
"Ten minutes before bed and the tightness across my shoulders is just gone. Wish I'd bought this a year ago."
"I work from a laptop all day. The dial makes it easy to start gentle and work up to a deeper stretch."
"Took two nights to find my fit, but once I did — genuinely the best neck stretch I've found."
Questions
Start with 10 minutes, once or twice a day. Most people find that's enough to feel looser through the neck and shoulders; you can build up from there as it becomes familiar.
The ratcheting strap adjusts from 30–46 cm of neck circumference, which fits the large majority of adults. Sizing details are on the box, or write in and we'll help you check.
Yes, for most people — it's designed for daily short sessions. If you have a diagnosed cervical condition, check with your physician before starting.
The foam covers are removable and hand-washable. Let them air dry fully before refitting to the shell.
