30-Night Trial Every order from Nape comes with a 30-night home trial. If it's not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to Return Email us with your order number to start a return. Once we receive the item back in its original packaging, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Condition Items should be returned clean and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Foam or fabric components should be free of visible damage beyond normal trial use.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or full refund, your choice — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, foam or fabric parts purchased separately as replacements are final sale unless defective.
