Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard shipping — flat rate, typically 4–7 business days
  • Free standard shipping on qualifying orders
  • Express shipping — 2–3 business days, available at checkout for an additional fee

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date, and are estimates rather than guarantees — carrier delays can occasionally push things later.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet — check back, or contact us if you'd like to be notified when it opens up.

Order Tracking Tracking is included in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — we just ask for photos if the package arrived damaged.
